Installation¶

Stable release¶

To install fakemap, run this command in your terminal:

1	`pip install fakemap`

This is the preferred method to install fakemap, as it will always install the most recent stable release.

If you don't have pip installed, this Python installation guide can guide you through the process.

fakemap is on pypi to install simply run this command in the teminal

1	`pip install fakemap`

Unfortunately fakemap is not avaliable to download from conda-forge. Maybe one day.

The sources for fakemap can be downloaded from the Github repo.

You can clone the public repository:

1	`git clone git://github.com/MattAGUT/fakemap`
